We are calling every believer in Alaska to join in focused, fervent, consistent prayer. We are asking every individual, prayer group, church, and organization to incorporate these prayers into your daily prayer schedule. Let’s bombard heaven with unified prayers with these specific requests.

1.  Pray Matt 9:38 – Send forth shepherds and workers into Alaska.

Matt 9:35 – 38 NIV – 35 Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.

36 When He saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

37 Then He said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.”

Jesus was moved with compassion with the condition of man. First He saw they were harassed and had no shepherds. Then He said the harvest is plentiful but we lack laborers. We urgently need both.

Lord we ask You to raise up and thrust forth workers into Alaska who will share your love and gospel with all people. Raise up or send in workers into every village, town, and city in Alaska. We ask You for a great harvest in our state and for willing workers to disciple all who become believers. As part of our prayer, Lord, we willingly offer ourselves to You and say, “Here I am send me”.

2. Pray Acts 4:31 – Fill every believer with Holy Spirit boldness to share the gospel.

Act 4:31 NIV  After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.

We see from scripture that the disciples became much more bold and effective witnesses after the Holy Spirit empowered them. The result was thousands of people were saved and added to the church.

Lord, we ask You to fill every believer in Alaska with Holy Spirit power, and cause them to be effective witnesses. We ask You to anoint us and work through us so we can share the love of Jesus and good news of The Gospel with every person in Alaska. We ask for every person in Alaska to be introduced to Jesus Christ and be born again.

3. Pray 2 Cor 4:4 – Remove blinders so everyone in Alaska will see, believe the gospel, and be saved.

2 Co 4:4 NIV – The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

God’s heart is that “none should perish” and all would be saved. The scripture says the gospel is the power of God for salvation to those who believe. It also says the god of this age blinds the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel. We’re asking God to bind the enemy and remove the blinders so every person will be able to see, understand, and believe the gospel because it is the power of God for salvation to those who believe.

Lord, we ask you to remove the blinders from the minds of every person in Alaska so they could see and understand the Gospel. We ask that every person who hears about Jesus will believe and receive Him as their personal Lord and Savior. Lord, we ask you for every single person in Alaska to become a believer and follower of Jesus Christ.

4. Pray John 17:23 – Unite the body of Christ in Alaska so that every person will know that the Father sent Jesus, and believe in Him.

Jhn 17:20 – 23 NIV 20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,

21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one–

23 I in them and you in me–so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

Jesus told us that there was a direct correlation between our unity and the ability for the world to believe in Jesus. If we expect the greatest harvest in history, we must be willing to value, honor, and love one another. We may not agree on every detail or doctrine, but we stand together as one for the cause to see everyone in Alaska believe in and have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

We commit to respect and honor all of our brothers and sisters in Christ so that the world may believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We will do everything in our power to live out the kingdom value of love for one another so that all men may be saved. We will do our best to live for the highest possible good of others and for the cause of making Jesus known.

Thanks For Joining The Cause

Thank you for joining the cause and being part of an army of believers across Alaska united in the mission of the gospel. We bless and honor all believers and pray that the presence and power of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Eph 4:1-6 NIV As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
